When can I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 12:00 a.m., we will start processing it the same business day. Your order will take 1 to 3 business days to process, and delivery will take 4 to 6 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been accepted into our system. Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?

We apologise for any delays that may arise due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, weather or high demand. If your order is delayed, we kindly ask that you wait an additional three business days before contacting our customer service team.

I would like to return an item. What do I do?

Do you need to return a package for any reason? Contact us at info@navenlondon.co.uk within 30 days to initiate the return process. Items must be in their original condition, i.e. unused, undamaged, with intact tags and in original packaging.
